The Blood Type Principles of Weight Loss.

So what exactly is The Blood Group Diet and how does it work?

Let’s look at the diet closely. 

If you have Blood TypeO. most common blood type in humans, also the diet should be analogous to Paleo where it's encouraged to eat more like “ huntsman- gatherer ” style. This means eating food that was available to our ancestors before husbandry growth and advancement in technology happed. 

High protein and low in carbohydrates is the way to go. 

Along with this diet, blood type O people should also do a lot of high intensity cardio like running to round the diet. Blood Type A diet is nearly the contrary of the diet suggested to Blood TypeO. Meaning, their bodies are much more accepting to the more “ ultramodern ” food. A vegan diet is encouraged, so this means lots of vegetables and carbohydrates like rice, pasta and cereals.

Still, meat and dairy products similar as milk, rubbish or adulation should be avoided. Meat should be taken in veritably little volume. 

Blood type A diet is best done with slow and comforting exercise similar as yoga or Pilates. Blood Type AB can be defined as the most lenient diet. This rare blood type works well with nearly every food but with temperance.
